The founder of the organization has been in the training and development landscape for more than a decade. He has worked with various higher education institutions and have trained hundreds of learners from young learners doing various learnerships to corporate employees doing various workplace trainings from lower level up-to management level employees.
Prio to that he worked for some of South Africa's JSE listed organizations where he occupied various positions up to management level. This experience of both the Training and Workplace landscapes enables him to guide HRD Practitioners Consultancy efficiently ensuring that there's value for money for clients.
